Terms of Service & Right of Withdrawal

Service

The Pro subscription is a single, recurring subscription that applies jointly to StackSplitter and WipePDF — one login unlocks both tools. The free core features of both tools remain unaffected and stay usable without a subscription. Access is via email login (magic link, no password); Pro status is tied to the respective user account.

Pricing

€6/month or €48/year, each including statutory VAT. Billing is automatic and recurring via our payment provider Stripe, charged to the payment method on file at purchase.

Contract term & cancellation

The monthly plan can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. The annual plan runs for twelve months and automatically renews for another year unless cancelled before it ends. Cancellations are accepted by email to robert.musil@robikett.com; after cancellation, Pro access remains active until the end of the period already paid for.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the conclusion of the contract. Because the Pro subscription is a digital service that is unlocked immediately upon completion of payment, this right of withdrawal expires early as soon as you expressly consent to immediate performance by clicking "Subscribe" and confirm that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed. If you do not wish to consent to this immediate performance, please contact us before purchasing.

Payment processing

Payment processing is handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. We ourselves do not receive or store credit card or bank account data — this is processed exclusively by Stripe directly.
